中文摘要 | 光纤传感器作为一种新型传感器,具有信息容量大、抗电磁干扰强和易于组建传感网络等特性,受到了国内外工程界的广泛关注。光纤布拉格光栅(Fiber Bragg Grating, FBG)传感器,除具有光纤传感器优势外,还具有传感头小、灵敏度高、精度高和易进行分布式测量等特点,近年来迅速发展,已被应用于桥梁、隧道等建筑结构的应变变形、温度预警等安全监测中,即对静态及低速信号的监测。为拓宽应用,实现对动态信号的监测,需要设计高速FBG传感器及解调系统。 现代舰船上大型涡轮机工作时将引起底座及相关联设备高达100Hz以上的振动。为监测此时涡轮机底座的安全状态,研究振动对系统工作的影响,传统传感器难担此任。针对上述需求,进行相关技术研究,设计高速FBG传感器及解调系统。论文首先全面了解FBG传感器的相关技术和发展概况,对光纤光栅传感原理进行理论分析,对现行几种解调方案进行了讨论。然后详细介绍了本课题采用的基于可调谐光纤F-P滤波器的解调方案,设计和实现了其中的电子功能模块,主要包括锯齿波驱动电路、TEC温控电路、光电转换电路、光开关控制电路等,介绍了使用到的数据采集卡及其自主性研究。最后利用C++语言编写了基于高斯拟合的解调算法和人机界面,对采集到的传感信号数据进行处理和显示,并进行了现场测试。 |
英文摘要 | Fiber-optic sensors as a new sensor, with large capacity of information, immune to electromagnetic disturbance and easy to set up sensors network, has been widespread concern at home and abroad. FBG (Fiber Bragg Grating, FBG) sensors, not only fiber-optic sensors’advantages, but also very small size, high sensitivity, high accuracy and easy measurement of the characteristics of distributed and so on, which is in recent years rapid development, has been used in bridges, tunnels and other structures of the strain deformation, temperature warning and security monitor, which is the static and low-speed signal monitor. To broaden the application of the dynamic signal to achieve the monitoring, we need to design the high-speed FBG sensor and demodulation system. As for advangced ship with large-scale turbines machine, tradition sensors are difficulty to monitor the safety of base of large-scale turbines machine and the impact on relevant equipment because of vibration with frequence of 100 Hz arising from the work of large-scale turbines machine. For previous monitoring work, in this paper, the high-speed FBG sensor and demodulation system are researched. First of all, this paper introducts a comprehensive understanding of FBG sensor technology and developments related to the principle of fiber Bragg grating sensor theoretical analysis, and discusses several demodulation of the current program. And then the topic in detail using optical fiber-based FP tunable filter demodulation program is designed and the electronic function modules are implemented, including sawtooth drive circuit, TEC temperature control circuit, photoelectric conversion circuit, light switch control circuit, the use of the data acquisition card and its own research and so on. Finally, the paper talks about the use of C++ language based on the Gaussian fitting of the demodulation algorithm and human-machine interface, on the collected data of the sensor signal processing and display, and on-site testing. |
