中文摘要激光测距技术已经被越来越广泛地应用于生产生活和国防建设等许多领域,目前,激光测距仪正向小型、快速、低功耗和高精度方向发展。本文首先对激光测距系统进行了深入的理论分析,指出了激光测距仪设计时应考虑的影响因素,并从理论上推导了本文所述系统的可行性,在采用可编程信号处理器、电感升压偏置高压电源等一系列关键技术的基础上,研制出针对重量、功耗和数据提供率要求较高的应用场合的小型激光测距仪,并将其应用于小飞机防撞系统。研制完成的样机整机重量不超过100g,功耗小于125mAx5V,测程IOOm,盲区3.Om,分辨率士±1.Om。文中详细阐述了电感升压式偏置高压电源的工作原理、电学性能和可编程逻辑器件作为信号处理器的具体设计,介绍了所研制的小型激光测距仪在小飞机防撞系统中的应用,详细分析了样机各项技术指标的测试结果。同时文中还针对长程高精度测距的需求,考虑脉冲激光测距和相位激光测距各自的优点和不足,提出了若干脉冲一相位测距法的探讨方案。
英文摘要Laser Ranging has been widely used in various fields including both civil and military industries. Nowadays, Laser Range Finder has become featured in pocket-size, rapidity, low consume and high precision. In this report, Laser Ranging system is theoretically analyzed first, and some factors that affect the design of Laser Range Finder are proposed. Here, the feasibility of the proposed system is deduced theoretically, and based on a serious of key technics including the programmable signal processor and high voltage supply boosted by inductance, a Pocket Laser Range Finder is developed for those demanding situations in weight, consume, and data supply, this device has been used in Aircraft Collision Avoidance System. Completed device is featured in its weight of less than lOOg, and energy consume lower than 125mA><5V, detectable range of 100m, blind region of 3.0m, the resolution of±1.0m. The principle of high voltage supply boosted by inductance, electrical characteristics, and the design of signal processor using PLD are expatiated in the thesis. The application of Pocket Laser Range Finder in Aircraft collision Avoidance system is also introduced. The test results of the various technical indexes of our sample device are also analyzed. Meanwhile, several ways of pulse-phase ranging are proposed in the thesis taking account of the advantages and disadvantages of both pulse laser ranging and phase laser ranging for the requirements of long-range and high-precision ranging.
