中文摘要本论文工作主要是结合中国科学院上海光学精密机械研究所与西北核技术所有关反应堆抽运激光器(RPL)研究的合作项目进行的,技术实现方案和相应的理论探索皆有特色。研究中首次提出了一类具有多折光路、与反应堆有较高祸合效率的矩形盒式激光腔,它能充分利用热中子辐射区实现增益,以便于提高出光强度,可用于较大规模的Xe-RPL实验;基于容积式抽运源模式,试制了新型RPL激光谐振腔及配套设施;考虑抽运源特点及谐振腔光学稳定性等因素,腔体及盖板采用铝合金密闭结构及高刚度设计;光学部分精确且易于调整。论文为新型堆抽运Xe激光器建立了具有普遍适用性的能量转换效率模型,从抽运源到激光输出,对各环节进行分解与综合,特别为盒式多折光腔内的能量输入及腔镜藕合优化给出了专门的算法,为今后Xe激光器的研制提供了依据。论文共分七章。前六章为核心部分。第一章是绪论,介绍了核抽运激光、堆抽运激光,及其发展史和应用前景,不同的抽运源模式等;第二章介绍反应堆抽运Xe激光体系,并参考国外部分实验结论对He/Ar/Xe激光本征效率进行了初步的建模;第三章通过数值计算模拟了核反应产物离子在抽运腔内能量沉积;第四章讨论多折腔的藕合优化问题;第五章以前面的推导为依据,给出了激光器的优化设计及实用方案。第六章是结论。第七章也是论文工作的一部分,为光刻机工件台掩模台分系统技术方案(控制规戈日部分)。
英文摘要This paper is based on the cooperative project on reactor-pumped ~3He/Ar/Xe lasers supported by Chinese Academy of Sciences and Northwest Institute of Nuclear Technology. A folded box-like resonator for pulsed reactor-pumped lasers (RPL) is presented, which has a zigzag propagation inside and high coupling efficiency with the nuclear reactor. The equivalent length of gain cell in this device is multiplied under the condition of same neutron resonator so as to increase the output of laser. This can be utilized in RPL experimentations of large scale. In the work a laser device with special design for high rigidty and stability is made for volume source. A convenient model for efficiency estimate is presented as well. All the taches in our theoretical model from energy source to laser output are discussed, and synthetized finally. The appropriate ways for calculating energy loading and output coupling are established particularly. The present work will benefit the future experimental designs. This scheme and discussions are novel in the field. The main contributions of this paper are divided into 7 chapters: In chap.l, the introduction, history of nuclear-pumped lasers (NPL) and reactor-pumped lasers (RPL) is looked back, and the foreground of applications is shown. Three main patterns of energy source are also demonstrated here. In chap. 2, several Xe laser systems are introduced and the intrinsic efficiency of He/Ar/Xe laser gas is modeled by numerical way with some result of SNL experimentatio ns. In chap. 3, the energy of reaction loading into laser cavity is discussed. In chap. 4, the optimizing of outcoupling of this kind of folded resonator is analyzed. Chap. 5 offers an example of optimizing and design of the laser based on the discussions in preamble. In chap. 6, the conclusions in this paper are summarized. Chap. 7 involves part of design work for the project on 100nm step- and - scan lithography system.
