激光光束特性研究与DNA测序仪的研制

中文摘要本论文首先从几何光学和物理光学出发,对抛物面镜以离轴90°的方式应用于激光束的聚焦光路时,光轴的角度失准和入射光发散角对聚焦光斑造成的影响进行了分析。通过光线追迹法和衍射光学对它进行了计算机模拟,并从理论上分析了模拟和实验结果,深入研究了抛物面镜对入射角失准的敏感度。针对激光空间飞行器在负载量和飞行高度上的需求,提出了新式的光动力飞行器模型。环形激光束做动力源,大型的环状抛物面镜做聚焦镜的新模式对于提高作用于靶材上的光强密度,是一种非常有效的尝试。并深入分析了动力激光光束质量对系统的影响。在美国圣达菲国际SPIE会议作了口关报告,引起与会者的浓厚兴趣。为克服飞行光学问题的不利影响,设计了一套自适应光学聚焦系统。该系统配置有两个变焦镜S_2、S_3,当激光源与聚焦关间距变化时,通过高速节其焦距f_2、f_3,能获得较为稳定的焦斑几何特性。采用计算机模拟技术,得到了L_3与f_2、f_3之间的曲线关系图。从系统优化的有度,进行了一系列的计算分析和理论研究。与国际上同行的成果相比,该组曲线更加完整。当前,激光、生物化学分析与生物医学这一交叉学科领域是国际上研究热点之一。基于人体工程学原理和模块化设计原则,研制一套DNA测序仪器。它是一个系统大集成,涉及到光学、电子、机械、自动化控制和计算机编程等领域。由运动机构、芯片托台、光路系统、图像监测系统、温控系统、电极板、控制系统和电源箱等八个模块组成。其中,可控制编程器(PLC)直接面向、控制运动系统,通过微机与PLC之间的通信,编写的完善、友好的工作界面可实现用户的具体操作。与国外同类型的仪器相比较,设计思想、自动化程度、界面友好度、调节精度和小型化等方面具有鲜明特色。
英文摘要The method is applied combining geometrical optics and physical optics. The effects of the angular misalignment of the optical axis and divergence angle are analyzed on the focal power density. The computer simulation is made through ray tracing and diffraction. The simulative and experimental results are analyzed adopting the optical theory, and the research is done on the sensitivity of parabolic mirror to misalignment. The new-style Lightcraft is put forward to meet the demand for the carrying capacity and height of life of Lightcraft. The new mode is a very effectual to improve light intensity focused on the target, in which one ringy parabolic is used to focus the ringy laser beams on the laser propelling craft. The effect is analyzed deeply of the driving laser beam quality on the system. Oral report has been published in SPIE's International Symposium on High-Power Laser Ablation 2000, Santa Fe, USA, and interested participants deeply. To conquer flying optical problem, a flexible optical focusing system is designed. The system is equipped with variable focus mirrors S_2 and S_3. We can adjust f_2 and f_3 to keep the constant focus geometry with varied actual distance L_3 between laser and focusing aid. The computer simulation is used to get the diagram of f_2, f_3-L_3 curves. The series of computational analysis and theoretical research are made to optimize the flexible system. Compared with other research findings, the curves are complete here. The interdisciplinary field of laser, biochemical analysis and biomedicine is currently one of international research hotspots. And a DNA sequencer is developed by human engineering and modular system design concept. It is an integrating system, and relates to the optics, electron, mechanism, automatic control, and computer programming fields. This DNA sequencer is made up to motion system, chip pad, optical system, visual monitoring, temperature control system, electrode plate, automatic control system and electrical source. The programmable logic controller (PLC) faces and controls the motion system. The perfect and friendly user interface can perform all user order through the communication between computer and PLC. Compared with international instruments of the same kind, it has distinct characteristics in all the facets of the design philosophy, automaticity, interfacial friend degree, accuracy of regulation and miniaturization.
