中文摘要当入射光的波长与物体尺度相当时就必须考虑衍射,反过来对衍射效果的反演就能获得波长量级的分辨率,即衍射层析原理。由于X光的波长很短,因此相干X衍射层析能得到很高的分辨率,但由于X光相干辐射源(特别是硬X光)的缺乏和难以获得,因此这项技术的应用受到很大的限制。量子关联成像(又称鬼成像)是一种新的非局域成像方式,它能在无透镜的情况下得到物体的傅里叶变换。本文主要内容是把衍射层析技术和强度关联成像技术两者结合起来发挥各自的优势,在一定条件下用可见光模拟X光进行具体实验并在理论上进行数值模拟。再加上这其中建立的一些算法程序,为以后应用到第三代同步辐射源上非相干X光实现强度关联三维衍射层析量子成像技术上积累经验。 本文主要内容包括: 1.介绍了衍射层析的发展历程、国内外研究现状,完成了一些与衍射层析相关的计算机算法程序并获得模拟结果。 2.介绍了衍射成像中不可获缺的位相恢复算法的历史与现状,及量子关联成像中二步位相恢复算法相对于传统算法的改进。 3.用可见光进行强度关联衍射层析技术的理论模拟研究和具体实验研究。 4.最后讨论了工作的改进方向,进行了简短的总结。
英文摘要Diffraction affection should be noticeable in the case of the resource wavelength is comparable with the object size, in reverse, the reconstructed imaging from diffraction affection can access the resolution of wavelength, which is named diffraction tomography. As the wavelength of X-rays is short, the coherent X ray diffraction microscopy can access high-resolution. Because of the short wavelength of X-rays, the coherent X-ray diffraction tomography can access the high-resolution. As the lack of coherent X-ray radiation sources, specially in region of hard X-ray wavelength, the application of this technology was restricted. Quantum correlated imaging (ghost imaging), which is a new non-local imaging method, can obtain the objects’ Fourier transform frequency spectrums without the lens. In this thesis the Intensity Correlation Imaging Technology and the Diffraction Tomography Technology are jointed together. In both laboratory experiments and compute simulations, we use the visible-light, instead of X-ray, as the source in some approximate conditions. Combining with some algorithms, we have accumulated experiences for the applications of incoherent X-ray intensity correlation three-dimensional diffraction tomography quantum imaging technology in the third generation X-ray synchrotron radiation source. The content of thesis can be summarized as follows: 1. Introduce the basic theory of diffraction tomography and its application, and some compute algorithms and simulations are presented. 2. Introduce the phase-retrieval algorithms, which are the indispensable part in intensity correlation imaging, and its development in intensity correlation imaging. 3. The experimental results in both laboratory and compute simulations are presented with the coherent visible-light sources. 4. Finally, a brief conclusion and the improve direction is presented.
