| 中文摘要 | 光学读取头是光存储系统中的关键部件,信息的读取和写入都是通过它实现的,光学物镜则是光学读取头里的重要元件,它是决定读写光斑大小的重要因素之一。本论文在分析了光学读取头光学成像系统的原理和结构的基础上,根据光学读取头的发展趋势即光学读取头的小型化、集成化和多能化,设计了双波长DVD光学读取头和擦写读一体的光学读取头;根据双波长DVD系统原理和衍射光学元件特性设计了衍射元件使蓝光光学读取头能兼容DvD光盘;应用ZEMAX软件对DVD光学读取头的光路系统进行了模拟和高NA物镜的设计工作。本论文主要有以下几个方面的内容:1.查阅资料和文献,系统地调研了光存储系统的成像原理和工作机制,归纳了光学系统组成、结构及元件特性和设计思想。2.通过zEMAx光学设计,设计了满足DvD和蓝光存储的非球面物镜。光学读取头里的物镜是一种高NA物镜,这里设计的数值孔径NA分别为0.6和0.85,能很好的校正像差,使得各评价指标均能满足光学读取头物镜要求。3.应用ZEMAX光学设计软件,设计了满足兼容CD光盘的DvD双波长读取头光学系统。根据伺服方式选取结构、优化,最后得到满意的结果。4.为了使光学读取头能快速的聚焦,便于寻迹伺服,光学读取头的体积和重量都要减小,设计了一种双波长的DvD光学读取头。该光学读取头通过一个倾斜玻璃体实现650nm和780nm波长的激光束的祸合,由于有波长为780nm的激光,所以该光学读取头也能读取cD-R光盘。在上述光路的基础上,设计了集擦、写、读一体的光学读取头。根据DvD双波长光学读取头系统原理和衍射光学元件的特性,设计了相位型衍射光学元件,能使蓝光光学改取头兼容DVD光盘。5.进行了光学读取头的调试和评价试验。给出了光学读取头装配调试的步骤、方法和光学读取头的评价参数,并成功地组装了xH2000型光学读取头。本论文的创新点在于:①在兼容CD的DVD双波长光学读取头中采用个玻璃体实现光束的耦合。传统双波长光学读取头元件多,体积大,而这里设计的光学读取头则元件少,体积小,且安装简单。同时这种结构还可适用于可擦写光学读取头系统。②根据衍射光学元件特性和二元光学技术,设计了相位型衍射元件,通过改变光能在光轴方向的分布,实现下一代蓝光存储与DvD的兼容。③通过操作双波长光学读取头的装配实验,给出了装配和调试方法,以及评价指标。 |
| 英文摘要 | Optical pickup is the key unit in the optical storage system, by which the write-in and read-out of information are achieved, and in optical pickup the optical objective lens is an important element which influences the focal spot. The development-tendency of optical pickup is integrated, small-scale and multi-functional, so it is necessary to improve the structure and elements of optical pickup. In this thesis, based on the analysis of the theory and basic structure of the optical imaging system as well as the work of experiment, the working mechanism and influent parameters have been mastered; dual-wavelength DVD pickup and multi-functional pickup have been presented; and with software ZEMAX objective lenses have been designed by NA of 0.6 and 0.85. The achievements of this thesis are stated as following: 1. Referred documents and material, systemic research has been done about theprinciple of optical storage as well as the theoretical working-mechanism, and thecomponents, configuration of optical system as well as the elements' characteristicsand design principle have been induced. Objective lenses with NA of 0.6 for DVD and NA of 0.85 for blue ray storage havebeen designed. Objective lens of optical pickup is a kind lens of high NA. Here theobjective lenses are aspherical lenses which eliminate aberrations of the system, andeach evaluation criteria of them satisfies the practical use. By using the software ZEMAX, the dual-wavelength optical system of DVDpickup which is compatible to CD disc has been designed. Based on the servo-wayright structure has been selected and optimized, and satisfying result has been got. To realize the fastness of focusing service and the convenience of tracking, theweight and volume of optical pickup must be small, so an integrated dual wavelengthoptical pickup, which uses a tilt-parallel cubic glass to multiplex the 780nm and650nm laser-beam has been designed. Because the pick-up has 780nm laser, so it canalso read CD-R disc. A multi-functional pickup which can erase, write and readinformation has been presented. According to the dual -wavelength DVD system andthe characteristics of diffraction element, an element is designed to realize thecompatibility between blue ray optical disc and DVD. Experiments of assemblage and valuation have been done, the assemblage steps ,methods and functional parameters have been presented, and the optical pickup ofXH2000 has been successfully assembled. The innovation in the present work include: ? a tilt-parallel cubic glass has been adopted to realize the coupling of the 780nm-beam and 650nm-beam in the dual-wavelength DVD optical pickup. Traditional optical pickup always has many elements and big bulk. Here the optical pickup has only a few elements and small volume, on the other hand the assembly is simple. d)Based on the characteristics of diffractive optics and recent binary optics, phase-difiractive element has been designed to realize the compatibility between blue ray optical disc and DVD. ? By doing experiments of assembly and adjustment of the dual-wavelength optical pickup, the methods of assembly and adjustment have been presented. The evaluation also has been given. |
