超短脉冲激光系统中负色散镜的设计及测量技术研究

中文摘要随着超快激光技术的迅速发展,人们发现宽带色散补偿技术是获得超短脉冲的关键。近年来出现的负色散补偿镜的能克服传统棱镜对补偿的缺点,可以在较宽范围内具有高反射率和精确的色散控制。负色散镜在超短脉冲激光系统中起着重要作用,负色散镜的出现可以说是超快激光技术发展史上的里程碑。本文主要进行负色散镜的设计,并进行了负色散镜性能测量方面的研究。 本文主要研究了负色散补偿镜的主要类型之一的G-T镜。研究了G-T镜的各个不同功能膜堆对G-T镜性能的影响。通过分析,可以看到,G-T镜中高反射膜堆的选择将主要影响G-T镜的反射率性能,G-T腔的厚度和腔内的折射角都将严重影响G-T镜的色散性能,部分反射膜堆的不同选择也对G-T镜的性能有较大的影响。针对特定类型激光器色散补偿要求,设计了优化的G-T镜,该镜有比较好的色散补偿性能。 本文对基于F-P干涉的群延迟和群延迟色散的测量方法进行了分析和实验研究。初步得到了一些有用的数据,分析了该方法的有点和缺点,为后续的研究打好了基础。 本文提出了一种新的基于改进的迈克尔逊干涉的群延迟和群延迟色散的新方法。该方法可以测量薄膜在入射光垂直和45度入射时候的色散性能。对该方案进行了深入的分析和数值模拟。计算了光栅、透镜和CCD的匹配问题;分析了空气程差对测量范围的影响;同时也认真从表面粗糙度和入射面平整度两个角度考虑了光学元件对测量的影响;平行平板和参考金膜带来的问题也进行了考虑。
英文摘要With the rapid advances in ultra-short pulse generation, it becomes evidence that broadband dispersion compensation is the most important technology to get shorter pulse width. The newly designed negative-dispersion mirrors can avoid defects introduced by prism pairs, and can exhibit high reflectivity and precise control of the frequence-dependence group delay over large bandwith. So the invention of negative –dispersion mirrors can be refered to a landmark in the history of the ultra-short laser technology. A series of researches have been done on the design of G-T mirrors. Generally, G-T mirrors are consisted of a top reflector, a spacer or so-called G-T resonant cavity and a 100% bottom reflector. Each constituent plays defferent role in the performance of the G-T mirrors. One optimized G-T mirror has been obtained by computer optimization for specialized laser system. The method to measure the group delay of laser mirrors by a F-P interferometer has been introduced, and the experiment equipment was set up. Based on many experiments, some uesful results were achieved. In addition, the disadvantage of this method was also discussed. In order to overcome the disadvantage of the method based on F-P interferometer and construct a accurate, simple, and fairly inexpensive experiment technology which can measure the group delay of the laser mirrors whatever the light irradiate on them at the angle of zero or 45 degree, we design another method based on the improved Machelson interferometer. Numerical analysis and mathematical performance have been done to analyze the measurement errors. The matching condition of CCD, grating and lens used in the measurement system was also put forward.
