英文摘要The paper illuminates a new idea of cold atoms frequency standard, and some results are obtained in experiment. In overview part, the paper introduces quantum frequency standard, and the development of laser-cooling-atoms. Modern time standard is supplied by atomic clocks, which play a very important part in many fields, such as national defence system and high-tech. Our country urgently requires atomic clock with an accuracy and stabilization super-to 10"12. And the problem will be solved when laser-cooling-atoms is used to atomic clock. In recent years, some developed countries are developing the technique, whose accuracy has been beyond 10~(-16). Second part of the paper is theory analysis, which introduces our compact-type Rb atomic clock, the data and the expection object: the accuracy and stabilization reach to 10~(-14). In our atomic fountain, cold atoms pass cavity only once, normal absorption signalis dected, whose line width is 3Hz. In order to improve signal-to-noise ratio, a hollow beam is used. Hollow beam will create frequency shift, which can be amended when the shift is computed. Specific experiment structure and experiment process is exploded in the third. Many apparatuses, including lasers, optical units, vacuum system, circuits, computer-controlling, et. al, are applied in the experiment. Cold atoms with a 14-20mm length, 1.5-2.5mm diameter is obtained in MOT, the number is 1.1 * 10~7, average density is 7.9 * 10~8/cm~3, maximum density is 7.31 * 10~9/cm~3, and the temperature is about 400 μK. In the last two parts, besides generalizing former theory and experiment, problems is analysed, and next works is previewed. At last, another work, done by the author during studying for master degree, is introduced: Deduce the effect of angular variable mirror by theory when it is added into the light path of "SHENGUANG II" master amplifier.
