中文摘要 | 高功率激光驱动器装置的研制是一项综合性很强的系统工程,涉及到光学、精密机械、能源及控制等诸多学科。工程设计装置研制中起着至关重要的作用,因为只有通过精密机械器件才能保证物理实验的完成。在这些精密器件中,各种各样光学调整机构占了相当大的比重,它们是高功率激光系统中光学元件的主要支撑和驱动装置,是光学元件安装、光路调整、进行光学实验以及光学参数测量必不可少的工具。 本文介绍空间滤波器在高功率激光装置中的重要作用,高功率激光系统中空间滤波器演变历史,分析其物理原理、机械结构安装调试方法。总结空间滤波器的结构设计发展趋势,提出了方便安装维护的模块化设计思路。 在“神光II”升级装置研制中,在大口径透镜焦距精密测量的基础上,运用模块化设计思想和运动学定位方法,以阵列组合式空间滤波器的透镜组件和滤波小孔支撑架组件为例进行模块化设计,提出了离线装调在线精密复位方法,可以实现装置快速便捷维护,提高运行维护效率。对传输空间滤波器进行真空系统设计和中箱体的真空承压进行了分析计算,并且对光学真空容器中出现的光学元件表面油污破坏现象探讨了真空容器无油控制的方法过程。 |
英文摘要 | The development of high-power laser facility is a highly synthetically system engineering, which includes the optics, the fine mechanics, the power supply, the control and the other subjects. Among them, engineering design of the fine mechanics plays a vital role for the development of the laser facility because only precision machinery devices can guarantee the completion of physical experiments. In these precision optical components, various kinds of optical adjustment structures are in the majority, they are the main devices for supporting and driving high-power laser optical components, and also are the essential tools for the installation of the optical components, the optical path adjustment, the optical experiments and the optical quality inspection. This paper introduces the important role of spatial filter in the high-power laser facility and the spatial filter evolution history in high-power laser systems. The principles of physics, mechanical structure installation and test methods of the spatial filter are analyzed. As a result, a convenient modular design concept of the installation and maintenances is proposed based on the summary of the structure design development trends of the spatial filter. In the development of SG-II upgrading facility, a new method of high-precision focal length measurement for large-aperture, long focal length lens is proposed, and the mechanical structure for lens with off-line adjustment and precise on-line reposition is designed with modular design concept and kinematics mounting methods, which have been adopted in the lens components and filter holes support components. This structure has high stability, low costs and high efficiency for the device operation and maintenance because we don’t need to design the expensive large-aperture square bellows. In additional, the vacuum system of transmission spatial filter is designed and analyzed. And the procedure and rules of oil-free in the vacuum container are also discussed in order to avoid the damage of optical components induced by oil in the optical vacuum container. |
