高精度光纤时间频率传递系统的中继技术分析

中文摘要 | 随着社会经济和科学技术的高速发展,高精度时间频率技术的应用场合更加广泛,在国防军事、深空探测、国民经济建设以及高新技术产业等众多领域都有极为重要的应用。而随着原子钟、光钟的发展,频率标准的不断提高,基于卫星实现高精度时间频率传递方式(如卫星双向比对或GPS载波相位测量)已经不能满足频率标准的传递要求。利用光纤的低损耗、高可靠以及抗干扰能力强等优点,光纤时间频率传递技术已经成为国际研究热点。光纤时间频率传递技术的研究重点是提高传递信号的频率稳定度以及在保证一定频率稳定度的前提下实现远程信号传递。 本论文围绕远距离光纤时间频率传递系统的中继技术展开研究,理论上分析了多级光纤时间频率传递级联系统的总时延抖动误差与各级光纤时间频率传递系统时延误差的一般关系式,搭建并实现了两级级联的50km光纤时间频率传递系统的闭环锁定,测试两单级系统和级联系统的鉴相误差电压和时延抖动。同时通过分析光纤时间频率传递系统中的各种噪声影响,计算采用无掺铒光纤放大器中继放大和加入掺饵光纤放大器中继放大两种情况下,噪声对信噪比的影响,得到系统频率稳定度由于信噪比的下降产生劣化。上述工作为设计和搭建高精度远距离时间频率传输系统时选择合适的中继方式提供重要的指导。 |
英文摘要 | With the rapid development of the socio-economic and science and technology, high-resolution time and frequency dissemination has become an important role in more applications, including national defense, deep space exploration, economic construction and high-tech industries. With the development of atomic clock and optical clock, high-resolution time and frequency transfer based on satellites cannot reach the fractional instability of frequency reference. Recently, time and frequency transfer via optical fiber has become the international hotspot. We should focus on improving the frequency stability and transmitting longer distance under the premise of certain frequency stability. In this paper, we focus on relay technology of long-distance dissemination of time and frequency via optical fiber, calculate the general formula of total time jitter of cascaded optical fiber time and frequency dissemination system. We demonstrate a two-stages optical fiber link for high-resolution frequency dissemination with a total length of 2×50km, then measure the phase error voltage and delay jitter of the two single-stage systems and the cascade system in closed-loop to verity the general forum. Analyze the noise of the time and frequency transfer system, and study the stability of the systems with or without optical amplifier. We get that the deterioration of frequency stability due to the decline of signal to noise ratio (SNR) by analyzing the impact of phase noise on SNR. This is important to choose an appropriate relay of ultra-stable time and frequency dissemination system. |
