中文摘要生物气溶胶是大气与其中的生物微粒所组成的气体分散体系,其浓度和组分直接影响人类的健康。因此,生物气溶胶检测技术是目前研究热点之一。 本文研制了一套基于相敏检波技术的微弱荧光检测电路。该电路主要包括荧光信号的调制和荧光信号的相敏检波两部分。其中,荧光检测电路所采用的光电探测器为PIN型光电二极管。 所研制的荧光检测电路与已有的荧光检测光路组成了生物气溶胶检测系统。为了检验该系统的性能,本文以B800荧光小球作为模拟生物气溶胶粒子,对系统探测到的荧光信号进行处理和分析。实验结果表明该系统能有效地检测荧光信号,提高荧光检测的信噪比。同时,采用光电二极管 (PD) 替代原有的光电倍增管(PMT)也可以使仪器更为紧凑,有助于小型化生物气溶胶监测仪的实现。 我们利用实验室现有的实验装置,对该荧光检测系统进行荧光定量检测实验。实验结果具有良好的线性响应特性,表明了基于相敏检波技术的荧光检测系统对生物气溶胶粒子检测的可靠性较高。 本文介绍了一种基于生物物质本征荧光特性的流式生物气溶胶检测方法。该方法具备实时、无损等优点。
英文摘要The bio-aerosol is a gas dispersion system, which consists of atmosphere and wherein the biological particles, its concentration and the components directly affecting human health. Therefore, the bio-aerosols detection technology is one of the hot research topics at present. We designed a set of weak fluorescence detection circuit based on phase sensitive detection techniques. This circuit is mainly consists of a fluorescence signal modulation module, and a fluorescent signal phase sensitive detection module ,wherein using the PIN type photodiode as the photo detector. The fluorescence detection circuit and prior lab fluorescence detection optical circuit composed the fluorescence detection system .In order to test the performance of the system, we take the B800 fluorescence microsphere as the simulation of bio-aerosols particles, process and analysis the fluorescence signal which detected by the system. The experimental results show that this system can effectively detect the fluorescence signal and can increase the Signal-to-Noise ratio. This technique can realize a miniaturized bio-aerosols monitor using PD as the photo detection element. In this paper, we use the prior lab experimental facility quantitative analysis this fluorescence detection system. Experiment results have a good linear response characteristics, it shows that this fluorescence detection system which based on phase sensitive detection techniques has a high degree of reliability. This paper introduces a bioaerosol-fluid detection method based on intrinsic fluorescence of the biological substances .This method has the advantages of real-time, non-destructive.
