中文摘要激光惯性聚变能装置是解决人类能源问题的潜在手段之一,其激光驱动装置要求激光元器件主动冷却,可重频使用,并具有较高的损伤阈值。电光开关作为作为级间隔离以及光束控制的重要元器件,也应满足以上要求。透明导电膜普克尔盒是一种可行的解决方案,需要解决主动冷却以及损伤阈值问题。为解决这两个问题,本文开展了以下几点工作: 首先,从总体上对透明导电膜普克尔盒进行了设计,分析了普克尔盒电气特性,描述了DKDP晶体的设计规则,以及选用透明导电膜电极的注意事项,并描述了高压脉冲电源的结构与高压脉冲信号的形成过程。给出一种反射式透明导电膜普克尔盒的设计方案,其具有更好的冷却性能。 其次,设计制作了以蓝宝石为衬底的透明导电膜电极,对透明导电膜的损伤阈值等性能进行了测试和分析,为提高透明导电膜损伤阈值提供了实验参考;基于有限元分析模拟了环形电极、平板电极以及导电膜存在缺陷时的电场分布,对透明导电膜均匀性提出了设计要求。 最后,提出了全口径透明导电膜普克尔盒实验测量方案。对高压脉冲信号以及普克尔盒静态透过率、静态消光比进行了测试,并对出现的问题进行了分析和实验验证,为进一步完善透明导电膜普克尔盒提供了实验基础。
英文摘要Laser Inertial Fusion Energy is one of the potential means to solve the human energy issues. All the components used in this laser drive device should be cooled actively, operated repetitively and have high damage threshold.The electro-optical switch should meet all the requirements above, because it lays in the chain for isolatating the backward light and controlling beams. An alternative scheme is using transparent conductive film Pockels cell ,of whichtwo problems, actively cooled and high damage threshold, should be solved. Focused on the transparent conductive film Pockels cell and these two problems , the following works were carried out: First of all, we proposed the overall design of transparent conductive film Pockels cell , analyzed the electrical characteristics of Pockels cell, described criterion of the electro-optic crystal’s(DKDP) dimensions design, as well as the transparent conductive film electrode selection. We described the structure of high-voltage pulse power supply and the generation process of high-voltage pulse signal. A reflection-type transparent conductive film Pockels cell design is given which could be cooled efficiently. Secondly, we designed and made the transparent conductive film plate electrodes based on sapphire substrates , and then we tested and analyzed damage threshold, the outcome of the experiment laid foundation of higher damage threshold film. Analysis and numerical simulation of the electric field distribution of ring electrodes,plate electrodes and the plate electrodes with faultiness was conducted. Requirements of transparent conductive film were put forward. Finally, an experimental scheme was set up to test the transparent conductive film Pockels cells. The high-voltage pulse signal were tested. In addition, static transmittance, static extinction ratio of Pockels cell were tested. We analyzed and verified the existing problems experimentally in order to optimize the complete the transparent conductive film Pockels cell.
