高光学性能紫外高反薄膜元件的研制

中文摘要随着近代科学技术的发展,紫外波段高功率激光系统的发展愈来愈受到重视。而紫外薄膜正是支持紫外光路系统的重要元件,它们的光学性能影响制约着整个系统的效率和性能。本文采用电阻热蒸发和电子束热蒸发的方法,通过在石英基底上制备材料的单层膜,用光度学方法首次比较全面系统地计算出了应用于紫外波段的五种氧化物和七种氟化物在200nm到2000nm波段内折射率n和消光系数k的色散曲线,并求出了它们的带隙和截止波长,详细给出了薄膜的沉积参数,为设计和研制相应的光学薄膜元件打下了基础。
英文摘要With the development of modern science and technology, the improvement of high-power laser systems operating in the UVNUV spectral range is of great interest. The optical performance of the LJV films, which are key components, influence and limit the efficiency of the ultraviolet optical systems. Single-layer films of five kinds of oxides and seven kinds of fluorides, which may be used in the ultraviolet region, had been made on the fused silica substrate through resistive heating evaporation or electron beam evaporation technique. The refractive indices and extinction coefficients from 200nm to 2000nm of these materials are determined with spectrophotometric methods. From their values of n and k, we obtain the absorption band Eopt of different materials through Tauc plot method and then their absorption edge.
