中文摘要与普通的电容式声传感器相比,光纤F-P声传感器具有灵敏度高、动态范围大、光纤损耗小适合长距离传输、抗电磁干扰能力强、隐蔽性好等一系列优点,因而具有广泛的应用前景。本文从理论、器件选用、技术参数评价等方面对光纤F-P声传感器进行分析,通过合理的设计和性能优化,研制实用化的传感器系统。
英文摘要Compared with ordinary capacitive acoustic sensor, optical fiber Fabry-Perot acoustic sensors have many advantages including high sensitivity, broad dynamic range, long distance transmission for low optical fiber loss, strong anti-electromagnetic interference and well-concealed capability which have wide application prospect. In this thesis,we analyzed the design of the optical fiber Fabry-Perot acoustic sensor through several aspects such as its basic theory, components selection, technical parameters evaluation, etc. Then, we reached the most reasonable design with optimized features, based on which, an applicable sensor system was built up finally.
