中文摘要相干激光通信具有灵敏度高,速率快等优点,特别适合星间激光通信。光学锁相环是相干激光通信系统中的重要组成部分,具有很大的发展空间和研究价值。 本文针对星间相干通信锁相的应用需求,开展了科斯塔斯光学锁相环的理论分析和系统设计。论文的主要工作包括: 1、对于科斯塔斯锁相原理进行了理论分析,提出了采用数字锁相环路提高捕获速度和稳定性。设计的环路带宽为74KHz,相位裕量为45°。并利用Simulink对于锁相过程进行了仿真模拟。 2、进行了锁相系统的软硬件设计。采用可编程逻辑门阵列(FPGA)作为主控单元,本振激光器采用了调制边带注入锁定的可调谐激光器,并采用了高速数模转换器(DAC)和高精度数模转换器(DAC)输出电压值相加作为激光器控制电压的方法扩大频率跟踪范围。 3、针对两种调谐范围的本振激光器,开展了锁相实验。该系统可实现140MHz 的频率捕获,20MHz/s 的频率频移跟踪,以及大于1 个小时的锁定时间。其中, 小范围频率调谐激光器锁相的相位误差小于10°,大范围频率调谐激光器锁相误差小于20°,锁相灵敏度为-60dBm,为后续星间相干通信实验提供支持。 3、针对两种调谐范围的本振激光器,开展了锁相实验。该系统可实现140MHz 的频率捕获,20MHz/s 的频率频移跟踪,以及大于1 个小时的锁定时间。其中, 小范围频率调谐激光器锁相的相位误差小于10°,大范围频率调谐激光器锁相 误差小于20°,锁相灵敏度为-60dBm,为后续星间相干通信实验提供支持。
英文摘要Coherent laser communication has many advantages such as high sensitivity, high data rate, which is suitable for inter-satellite communication . Optical phase lock loop is an important part in the coherent laser communication system and has great research and application potential. This thesis focuses on the theoretical analysis and system design of Costas optical phase lock loop, which is used in the inter-satellite coherent laser communication .The main contents of thesis are presented as follows: 1. Theoretical analysis of Costas optical phase lock loop. To increase the frequency acquisition speed and stability, a digital loop is considered. The bandwidth of designed loop is 74KHz and phase margin is 45 degree. The simulations of locking process are carried out. 2. A optical phase lock loop system is designed. The system uses field programmable gate array(FPGA) as the central processor. The local laser is sideband modulation injection locking laser. To extend the range of the frequency tracking ,the output of two Digital to Analog Converters (DAC) add up as the control voltage of the local laser. 3. A series of experiments are conducted based on two kinds of local lasers. The experimental result shows that this system can achieve phase lock in frequency deviation of 140MHz and phase locked time is longer than 1 hour. It can also achieve 20MHz/s frequency shift tracking. The phase error of the small frequency tuning range lase is under 10 degree and the large frequency tuning range laser can make the phase error under 20 degree. The sensitivity of the phase lock loop is -60dBm. This system provide the experimental supports for followed-up inter-satellite coherent laser communications. 3. A series of experiments are conducted based on two kinds of local lasers. The experimental result shows that this system can achieve phase lock in frequency deviation of 140MHz and phase locked time is longer than 1 hour. It can also achieve
