中文摘要高功率激光驱动装置中,激光参数测量系统是必不可少的一部分,其作用是:监测整个激光驱动器的运行状态;测量激光驱动器的输出激光的各项指标;为靶物理实验提供精确的数据依据。随着ICF技术的不断发展以及物理实验要求的不断提高,激光驱动器的规模不断扩大,光束路数、光路长度和元器件数目成倍增长,标准化设计是新一代激光驱动器的发展趋势。对于高功率激光参数测量系统,标准化设计要求测量系统具有模块化、通用性、合理性、高精度等特点。 本文致力于激光多参数测量系统标准化设计和远场测量系统优化,具体内容为: 1.高功率激光参数测量系统的标准化设计——设计了一套多档位、高精度、高动态的衰减模块;提出了一种基于积分球的高功率激光多参数测量系统,采用蒙特卡罗法对该方案的可行性展开了深入细致的讨论,结合现有实验条件,对能量参数测量、时间波形参数测量进行验证;综合上述研究内容,提出了标准化高功率激光多参数测量系统设计方案,该设计方案对激光驱动器中传输光路上不同节点的激光参数测量提供了统一、规范、标准化的测量方案。 2.激光远场测量光路优化——提出了一种测量系统的评价标准,并依据该标准分析衰减片的角度、位置、间隔等参数对于远场测量的影响,针对f=3000mm、F=10的缩束系统,设计了最佳衰减方案;提出了一种基于余弦振幅型光栅的远场测量方案,克服了CCD动态响应范围不足的缺点,针对该方案的可行性进行了深入的分析与讨论。
英文摘要In high power laser driver, laser parameters measurement system is an important part, which is able to monitor operating state of laser facility, measure parameters of laser and provide accurate data basis for target physics experiment. With continuous development of inertial confinement fusion(ICF) technique and improving requirement of physics experiment, scale of high power laser driver is expanding, beam number, optical length and number of components is increasing sharply. Standardization design is development trend of new generation of high power laser driver. For high power laser parameters measurement system, Standardization design requires that measurement system has characteristics of modularization, generality, rationality and high precision. This paper is dedicated to standardization design of high power laser parameter measurement system and optimization of far-field measurement system. The main progress is as following: 1. Standardization design of high power laser parameter measurement system-a multi-position, high accuracy, high dynamic attenuation modular is designed. A method to measure multiple parameters of high power laser based on integrating sphere is proposed. Feasibility of method is analyzed deeply by numerical simulation based on Monte-Carlo method. Experiment result of energy measurement and time waveform measurement match well with simulation calculation. High power laser parameter measurement standardization system is proposed, which is suitable for laser measurement at different nodes in laser path. 2. Optimization of far-field measurement system-an evaluation criterion of far-field measurement system is proposed. Principle of attenuation scheme with high rate is established. Influence of attenuation on the far-field measurement system is simulated and analyzed deeply. According to measure system for f=3000mm and F=10, best attenuation scheme with high rate is designed. A far-field measurement system based on amplitude cosine grating is proposed, which overcomes drawback of low dynamic response range of CCD.
