光机系统的一体化仿真分析

中文摘要光学系统在不同的热环境里会产生形变,从而影响其性能指标。对于某些精度要求较高或者工作环境变化较大的系统而言必须进行光机热仿真,以确定其实际的性能,并指导温控的设置。这在空间光学,干涉测量等领域都得到了广泛应用。目前也有不少关于光机热仿真的研究,主要集中于仿真精度,算法改进,接口开发等方面,在借鉴前人经验的基础上,本文做了以下方面的研究工作: 1. 在利用齐次坐标变换对ANSYS软件热-结构仿真得到的形变数据进行刚体位移分离时采用了新的评价函数,并通过给定已知形变,引入随机量模拟畸变的方式来验证算法的可行性,证明了方案的计算精度达到3‰。 2. 编写了Householder算法进行Zernike多项式拟合,并将Zernike拟合系数作为与ZEMAX分析软件交换数据的接口,并实际验证了当取得不同项数时的拟合精度,最后确定选取36项多项式进行拟合,兼顾了精度和效率。 3. 以MATLAB为编程平台,利用动态数据交换技术(DDE)与ZEMAX通信从而实现数据交换。一方面可完成刚体位移和Zernike系数的自动导入,另一方面也可自动导出光学仿真的结果数据和图表,实现了集成机械仿真功能和光学专业分析软件功能的一体化仿真。 4. 在以上研究工作的基础上,给出了一个角度检测物镜仿真的实例,得到了光学畸变和点列图随温度变化的曲线,结果表明为满足±1″的综合检测精度,必须控制镜头的使用温度在14℃—26℃之间,这对于其真实使用中的光学性能,温控等有一定指导作用,具有实用价值。
英文摘要Thermal effect would produce deformation to optical systems, thus affecting the performance. As a result, thermal simulation is necessary to optical instruments that demand high accuracy or work in complicated thermal environment. This kind of research is widely studied in space optics, interferometry and many other areas, and research work focuses on the simulation accuracy, algorithm improvement and interface. On the basis of known achievements, this paper has done the following work to build out a simulation system of optical-mechanical integrated design. 1. By homogeneous coordinate transformation method, rigid-body displacement separation is undertaken on the deformation data obtained from the thermal simulation by ANSYS. New evaluation function has been used during the process, and computational accuracy of 3‰ has also been tested through methods of setting displacement parameter and random value. 2. Householder algorithm is adopted for Zernike fitting, while Zernike coefficients are used as the interface for data exchange with ZEMAX. Fitting accuracy is tested while varied numbers of Zernike polynomials are adopted for fitting, and it turns out that 36 polynomials are proper in consideration of both accuracy and efficiency. 3. MATLAB is adopted as program platform, while Dynamic Data Exchange technology having been taken to communicate data with ZEMAX. On the one hand, rigid-body displacement data and Zernike coefficients could be imported automatically; on the other hand, optical simulation results like data and chart could be exported automatically. Integrated simulation of mechanics and optics is achieved in this way. 4. Based on above research, an example of an angle measuring objective simulation is given to introduce the optical distortion and spot diagram variation as the temperature changes, a distortion- thermal curve can be drawn from the result, which indicates that in order to guarantee measuring accuracy of 1", working temperature should be within the range of 14℃—26℃.The result plays a guiding role in thermal control.
