中文摘要采用提拉法成功生长了Zn~(2+) (2mol%)单掺的同成分铌酸锂(Zn~(2+) ∶ LiNbO_3)晶体及Zn~(2+) (6mol%)和Yb~(3+)(1mol%)双掺的同成分铌酸锂(Zn~(2+) ∶ Yb~(3+) ∶ LiNbO_3)晶体,晶体尺寸分别约为ф30 mm * 40 mm 和ф30 mm * 50 mm。测试了这两个晶体的XRD 图谱并与标准图谱进行了比较。测量了Zn~(2+) ∶ LiNbO_3和Zn~(2+) ∶ Yb~(3+) ∶ LiNbO_3晶体的红外透射光谱,OH - 的振动吸收峰分别位于3484. 2 cm~(-1)和3493. 7 cm~(-1),表明Zn~(2+)的掺杂浓度还都处在阈值以下。研究了Zn~(2+) ∶ Yb~(3+) ∶ LiNbO_3晶体的室温吸收、发射光谱和荧光寿命特性,表明其是潜在的近红外激光增益介质,有望发展新型功能激光器件。
英文摘要The Zn~(2+) (2mol%) doped LiNbO_3(Zn~(2+) ∶ LiNbO_3) crystal and both Zn~(2+) (6mol%) and Yb~(3+)(1mol%) co-doped LiNbO_3(Zn~(2+) ∶ Yb~(3+) ∶ LiNbO_3) crystals have been grown by Czochralski method. The size of the two crystals were about ф30 mm * 40 mm and ф30 mm * 50 mm,respectively. The two crystals were characterized by XRD and compared with the standard XRD card. The infrared transmission spectra of the two crystals were measured,and the OH - absorption peaks of the two crystals were identified at about 3484. 2 cm~(-1) and 3493. 7 cm~(-1),respectively. It 's suggested that the Zn~(2+) concentrations in the two crystals were all below threshold. Investigation of the room temperature absorption and emission spectra and fluorescence lifetime indicate that Zn~(2+) ∶ Yb~(3+) ∶ LiNbO_3 crystal was a new potential laser gain material to develop promising functional laser device.
