中文摘要采用 CeO_2,Al_2O_3,Y_2O_3,Pr_6O_(11)1粉体材料按照(Ce_(0.001)Pr_xY_(0.999-x)_3Al_5O_(12)(x=0.001~0.0005)混合均匀并压片成型,经冷等静压后在真空感应炉中烧结约18h制备出Ce,Pr:YAG荧光透明陶瓷。样品的X射线衍射(XRD)谱表明样品呈现纯YAG相。分别测试不同掺Pr~(3+)原子数分数样品的发射光谱,发现了 Pr~(3+)在610 nm处的浅红光发射峰,通过改变Pr~(3+)的掺杂原子数分数可有效调节白光的色温和相关显色指数。实验测试结果表明当Pr~(3+)的原子数分数为0.1%时,Ce,Pr:YAG透明陶瓷的综合参数较好。在注入电流为100 mA的情况下,光效为90 lm/W,色温为4905 K,显色指数为80,色坐标为(0.35,0.41)。此结果在白光的色温、显色指数等性能方面较传统的荧光材料有很大的优势,有望在室内照明领域得到深人的应用。
英文摘要The CeO_2, A1_2O_3, Y_2O_3, Pr_6O_(11) powders in accordance with (Ce_(0.001)Pr_xY_(0.999-x)_3Al_5O_(12) (x=0.001~0.005) are mixed and tableted. The Ce, Pr:YAG fluorescent transparent ceramics are obtained by sintering for 18 h in a vacuum induction furnace after cold isostatic pressing. The samples are subjected to X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis and no other phase is founded except for the YAG phase. Emission spectra of the samples with different concentration of Pr~(3+) ions are tested and the red emission peaks of Pr~(3+) ions at 610 nm is founded. By changing the doping concentration of Pr~(3+) ions, the color temperature and color rendering index of white light are effectively adjusted. The experimental results show that when the atoms fraction of Pr~(3+) ions is 0.1%, the Ce, Pr:YAG transparent ceramics show preferable parameters with the luminous efficiency of 90 Im/V, the color temperature of 4905 K, the color rendering index of 80 and the color coordinates of (0.35, 0.41) under the injection current of 100 mA. The results of Ce, Pr:YAG have more advantages than those of traditional fluorescent materials in the color temperature and the color rendering index. So, it is expected to be applied in the field of indoor lighting.
