城市生态系统生态赤字研究——以海口市为例

中文摘要      生态赤字是评价生态系统可持续性的指标之一,它代表了城市生态系统服务功能和生态负荷之间的差异.该论文以海南省海口市为案例,在系统分析了城市生态系统结构,过程及城市生态环境问题的基础上,提出了城市生态负荷与城市生态系统服务功能的内涵与分析方法.探讨了城市生态赤字的产生机理和评估方法.论文综合运用城市生态系统服务功能的供需分析,能值分析及生态足迹等方法,选择实物量,价值量,能量和生物生产土地面积四个指标,从不同角度对生态系统盈亏状况进行定量评价.比较分析了海口市的生态赤字状况及城市发展的可持续性.论文还在海口市生态赤字评估结果的基础上,探讨了增强海口市生态系统服务功能,促进城市可持续发展的建议和措施.
英文摘要      Ecosystem service is the foundation of existence and development of human being. As a special ecological system regarding human activities as the main body, a city must provide the ecological service to sustain and maintain its social and economical activities and the human living environment. The requirement and consuming (ecological load) of human activities for ecological service usually exceed the ecological service provided by the city. The studies of the relation and difference of the ecological load and service of a city can provide the ecological basis for understanding the nature of the ecological environmental problems, and the theoretic foundation for the layout, management, and sustainable development of the city. Ecological deficit is one of index for evaluating ecosystem sustainability, and it reflects the difference between ecosystem service and ecological load. In this paper, based on analyzing urban ecosystem structure, process and ecological environmental problems, the meaning and analysis methods of urban ecological load and urban ecosystem service are proposed, and producing mechanism and evaluation methods are deeply discussed, taking Haikou, Hainan province as a case. Ecosystem profit-and-loss are quantitatively evaluated and ecological deficit and development sustainability of Haikou City are analyzed by using integrated methods of supply-demand analysis, energy value analysis and ecological footprint analysis and choosing four index including material, value, energy and biological productive land area. The results of ecosystem service of Haikou City are as follows: product supply deficit is 225.11 million Yuan, gas regulation deficit is 55.27 million Yuan, environment purification deficit is 99.61 million Yuan, water source restriction remainder is 5899.44 million Yuan. Energy input rate of Haikou City is 8.56, which is 7.4 times of global average energy input rate 1.15. Ecological footprint of Haikou City is 1.37hm2, which is 6.5 times of ecological capacity 0.2hm2 per person. These three methods prove that ecosystem service of Haikou City can not support and maintain the city development, and only by depending on ecosystem service provided by surrounding regions, it can guarantee the sustainable development of urban ecosystem. On the basis of the evaluation results of ecological deficit of Haikou City, suggestions and measures to enhance ecosystem service function and promote the sustainable development are also discussed in this paper.
