英文摘要A Pd-catalyzed enantiospecific formal [3 + 2] cycloaddition between chiral aziridines and indoles has been developed. With this method, chiral pyrroloindolines in enantiomerically pure forms were constructed in high yields and diastereoselectivities under mild conditions.
