| 中文摘要 | 用丙酮抽提粉尘螨,并用Sephadex G50分子筛层析进行分离.研究发现：粉尘螨粗提液、分子筛的第1个峰和第2个峰具有抗细菌活性.粉尘螨粗提液及第2个峰在加热及蛋白酶K处理后仍然保留抗细菌活性,但是第1个峰在同样处理后失去了抗菌活性. |
| 英文摘要 | The acetone powder of the nute Dermatophagoides farinae,and the two chromatographic fractions derived from it by gel filtration on Sephadex G50,were tested for antibacterial activity.The crude extract,and the two fractions,Ⅰ and Ⅱ were able to impede the growth of Escherichia coli,Bacillus subtilis,Bacillus pumilus and Staphylococcus aureus but demonstrated no such activity towards two fungi tested.The crude extract and fraction Ⅱ retained antibacterial activity after boiling or protease K treatment.However,fraction Ⅰ lost the activity after these treatments. |
