| 中文摘要 | 目的：检测青海土族和撒拉族健康个体HLA-DQA1和-DQB1等位基因频率，了解和分析这两个民族的HLA-DQA1和-DQB1基因多态性。方法：用PCR-SSO方法检测132名土族和80名撒拉族健康个体的HLA-DQA1和-DQB1的基因多态性，并将所得结果与国内其他民族的同类资料进行比较。结果：土族和撒拉族在HLA-DQA1和-DQB1高频率等位基因分布上有共同点，也有一定的独特性。这两种民族ULA-DQA1*0102和*0501以及DQB1*0201、*0301、*0402和*0602基因分布频率上具有显著性差异。结论：土族和撤拉族与北方诸民族的等位基因频率接近，而与其他南方诸民族的差异相对较大. |
| 英文摘要 | Objective :To clerify HLA 2 DQA1 and DQB1 gene polymorphisms in a populationof Tu and Sala nationalitiesfrom two areas in Qinghai province. Methods :132 of Tu and 80 of Sala nationalities unrelated healthy individuals were studied using PCR 2 SSO and analyzed the data between both of the nationalities and other nationaties from China. Results :For the distribution features of the DQA1 locus in two na 2 tionalities have their own specificitiesor commonness.Both of the nationalities showed HLA 2 DQA1 3 0301 and 3 0501 as the most frequent al 2 leles. The two nationalities showed significant deference in HLA 2 DQA1 3 0102 and 3 0501 locus gene frequency. At the locus of HLA 2 DQB1 3 0201 、3 0301 、3 0402 and 3 0602 also showed significant deference between the two nationalities. The comparison study of Tu and Sala HLA 2 DQA1 , 2 DQB1gene frequency with other Chinese nationalities showed that there was significant difference with south China nationalities and relatively less difference with north China nationalities. Conclusion :It is considered that Tu and Sala are relatively isolated ethnic group in Qinghai province. Although the population is small , the HLA diversity is abundant as other nationalities. We determined the features of HLA 2 DQA1 , 2 DQB1 in Tu and Sala nationalities themselves , compared between the both or other nationalities from China and enriched the contents of HLA gene polymorphism of various nationalities in China. |
