中文摘要本项研究测定了棕颈钩嘴鹛Pomatorhinus ruficllios 10个亚种30个样本的完整线粒体Cyt b和ND2基因序列(共2184bp),以棕颈钩嘴鹛和灰头钩嘴鹛Pomatorhinus schisticeps为内群,栗背钩嘴鹛Pomatorhinus momtamus、棕头钩嘴鹛Pomatorhinus ochraceiceps、红嘴钩嘴鹛Pomatorhinus ferruginosus和剑嘴鹛Xiphirhynchus superciliaris为外群,通过最大简约法、最大似然法以及贝叶斯推断法,构建了棕颈钩嘴鹛亚种间的系统发育树。 系统发育结果显示:①棕颈钩嘴鹛为并系群,灰头钩嘴鹛聚合在其内部并与分布在云南的棕颈钩嘴鹛P. r. albipectus、P. r. similis和P. r. laurentei亚种显示了非常近的亲缘关系;②P. r. musicus与P. r. nigrostellatus并没有分别构成与其它亚种相对独立的枝序,因此不完全支持以往分类系统中对棕颈钩嘴鹛的分类意见;③P. r. laurentei与P. r. reconditus分别位于不同的枝序中(Clade B与Clade A、C),同时P. r. laurentei的3个样本也没有聚合为一枝,因此推测P. r. laurentei可能是杂交类型,且不支持将其并入P. r. reconditus;④P. r. styani和P. r. stridulus分别位于Clade C和Clade A中,支持将P. r. styani从P. r. stridulus中独立出来;⑤P. r. reconditus的3个样本稳定的位于Clade A和C两个枝序中,可能与Clade A和Clade C均存在基因交流,或为这两个类群分布范围扩张的结果;⑥棕颈钩嘴鹛的3个枝序在地理分布上明显可分为三个地理类群:即中国东南部类群Clade A、中国西南部类群Clade B和中国中部类群Clade C,结果同时显示棕颈钩嘴鹛亚种间系统发育关系与形态特征不完全一致,其羽色受环境影响变化较大。 分子钟及S-DIVA的分析结果显示,横断山区南部可能是棕颈钩嘴鹛的祖先分布区。在更新世早期(1.47Myr),棕颈钩嘴鹛的部分种群迁至我国相对温暖的东南沿海地区,并且其中又有一部分扩散到了台湾及海南;而后在冰期与间冰期的不断交替中(0.98 Myr-0.69Myr),逐渐分化为现在的分布格局。
英文摘要In this paper we sequenced two mitochondrial genes (Cyt b and ND2, in total 2184 bp) and examined 30 individuals representing ten of the eleven supspecies of P. ruficollis in China. Molecular phylogenetic trees were reconstructed using maximum parsimony, maximum likelihood and Bayesian inference methods, with P. ruficollis and P. schisticeps as ingroups, P. momtamus, P. ochraceiceps, P. ferruginosus and Xiphirhynchus superciliaris as outgroups. The results indicate that ① P. ruficollis is paraphyletic, with P. schisticeps embedding in it and showing very close relationship with subspecies of P. ruficollis in Yunnan, that is, P. r. albipectus, P. r. similis and P. r. laurentei; ② P. r. musicus and P. r. nigrostellatus are separately formed independent clade with others subspecies, so we uncompletely support the past taxonomic views on P. ruficollis; ③ P. r. laurentei and P. r. reconditus are in different clades(Clade B, Clade A and C, separately),and the samples of P. r. laurentei do not get together, either, so we infer that P. r. laurentei is crossbreed as well as P. r. laurentei is not placed in P. r. recondirus; ④ P. r. styani and P. r. stridulus respectivelyplace in Clade C and Clade A, supportting to move P. r. styani out of P. r. stridulus; ⑤ P. r. reconditus place in both Clade A and C, inferring that may be there are gene flows not only between P. r. reconditus and Clade A, but also between P. r. reconditus and Clade C. Another possibility is that the distributions of Clade A and C expand so that formed P. r. reconditus; ⑥ P. ruficollis could be divided into three phylogeographic groups: Clade A is the southwestern China group, Clade B is the southeastern China group and Clade C is the central China group. Our results also suggest discordances between phylogenetic relationships and morphological characteristics, andplumage color is greatly affected by environment. The results of Molecular clock and S-DIVA anaylsis show that the southem Hengduan Mountain may be the ancestral area of P. ruficollis. In the early Pleistocene (1.47Myr), some P. ruficollis moved to the southeast coastal areas where were relatively warm, then some of which spread to Taiwan and Hainan; In the turn of glacial and interglacial (0.98 Myr-0.69Myr) after that, P. ruficollis gradually differentiated into the present distribution patterns.
