| 中文摘要 | 介绍了从新西兰引进的冷冻杜泊羊胚胎解冻后移植到同期发情湖羊和小尾寒羊母羊受体的方法步骤,并分析、评价了胚胎移植的效果。结果表明:受体羊总平均同期发情率为78.4%,胚胎移植利用率达49.1%,妊娠率达59.4%,产羔率达58.0%,羔羊出生重为4.7 kg(公)和4.3 kg(母),羔羊1月龄和3月龄体重分别为14.9kg和32.4 kg;不同批次和不同品种受体间胚移效果亦存在不同程度的差异;4批次试验共移植冷冻胚胎475枚,产羔266只,现存活245只。该研究建立了可靠而有效的杜泊绵羊冷冻胚胎移植技术,有望在畜牧业科研和生产中广泛推广应用。 |
| 英文摘要 | Transferring the cryopreserved embryos of Dorper sheep imported from New Zealand into the recipients of Hu sheep and Han sheep were carried out and the efficiency of the frozen embryo transfer was analyzed and estimated. The results showed that the average of estrus synchronization ratio for total recipients was 78.4%, and the rate of the recipient sheep that could be used to do embryo transfer was 49. 1%. The pregnancy ratio and birth rate for those recipient sheep were 59. 4% and 58.0% , respectively. Birth weight of lambs was 4. 7 kg（male） and 4. 3 kg （female）, and lamb weight of one-month age and three-month age were 14. 9 kg and 32.4 kg, respectively. There were also different results of embryo transfer within batches or species of recipients. 475 frozen embryos in total were transferred into 474 recipients in the experiment, 266 lambs were born, and 245 lambs survived. A reliable and effective technique for the frozen embryo transfer of Dorper sheep was established in this study. It is expected that this technique could be applied widely to scientific researches and production of animal husbandry field. |
