中文摘要 | 本研究通过对分布于我国云南、贵州西部、四川南部的31个采集点,共281 个滇蛙(Rana pleuranden)样本的三个线粒体基因(Cytb,CO1 和 16S rRNA)序列分析,探讨滇蛙的系统地理结构、分化状况。 研究表明分布在在中国西南地区滇蛙种群遗传结构存在一定模式。通常,有限扩散能力是导致种群之间明显的遗传分化的原因(Wong et al., 2004)。研究表明:滇蛙种群的5个地理区域组之间的系统地理分化与地理障碍相关,在交界区存在一定程度的基因交流。种群历史分析揭示滇蛙种群普遍经历了多次扩张-分群事件,地理障碍与长期分化形成的生殖隔离使其维持现今的分布格局。 研究表明,滇中及北方地理(种群)区域组、滇东(种群)地理区域组、滇南(种群)地理区域组、滇西(种群)地理区域组、会里地理(种群)区域组应当归为五个管理单元,这五个地理单元应作为五个不同的进化显著性单元(evolutionary significant units,ESUs)加以保护;会里种群应予以关注。 |
英文摘要 | This research had examined 281 samples which were collected from 31 different sites on three mtDNA segments (Cytb, CO1and 16S rRNA) of Rana pleuranden , distributing in Yunnan, east of Guizhou and south of Sichuan. Taking it as a foundation, the present research aims to study the Rana pleuranden system geography structure and the condition of differentiation. The research implicates that there is obvious certain distribution model among Rana pleuranden population. Usually, limited diffusivity was the cause of obvious heredity differentiation among the populations (Wong et al., 2004). The research also indicates that: The Phylogenetic differentiation of Rana pleuranden 5 physiographic region populations were related with geography barriers. To a certain exten, it had the gene exchange in the border area between physiographic regions. The community history analysis prompted the Rana pleuranden population generally expanded-differentiation event many times. The geography barrier with persisting differentiation shaped reproduction isolation and resulted in the present distributing pattern. The research indicates that the Dianzhong and North physiographic region group, the Diandong physiographic region group, the Diannan physiographic region group, the Dianxi physiographic region group and Huili region group should be classified as five management units, each of the five geographical units should be looked upon as five different evolutionary significance units (evolutionary significant units, ESUs) to protect. |
