| 英文摘要 | YidC/Oxa/Alb3 protein family includes a group of conserved translocases that are essential for insertion of membrane proteins involved in energy synthesis into inner membranes of bacteria and mitochondria, and thylakoid membranes of chloroplasts. They have conserved transmembrane domains and distribute in the three domains of life. Here, we review the recent advances in study of the distribution, structure, function and evolution of this proteins family. |
