| 英文摘要 | In the current study, hybrid technologies consisting of electrophoretic deposition (EPD) and polymer impregnation and pyrolysis (PIP) were adopted in order to prepare high-performance SiCf/SiC composites with high efficiency. Stable ethanol-based SiC suspensions were prepared for conducting EPD technique. PIP process by 7 cycles were performed for achieving a relative density as high as 91.9%. High-strength (289 MPa) SiCf/SiC composites were fabricated, which displayed non-brittle fracture behavior. The relationship between microstructures and mechanical response was also investigated.
