英文摘要 | A novel laser wavelength measurement method based on scanning Fabry-Perot interferometer is proposed here. The two basic laser wavelength measurement instruments and the classification according to their operation principles are introduced at first, and then the Fabry-Perot interferometer-based wavelength measurement technique is discussed in details. The confocal cavity configuration based scanning Fabry-Perot interferometer SA200-12B as well as its novel application in the measurement of an external cavity diode laser output wavelength is articulated at last. |
