| 英文摘要 | An improved ANSYS simulation model for SAW device is discussed. The electric properties of metal fingers which affect the characteristics of adevice are simulated. The right and left boundary conditions for the device, which greatly affect the wanted signals, are proposed. To save simulationtime, a 2-D model is created, where some mesh skills are applied. |
