英文摘要 | A weak signal processing system for spectrum analyzing using low-noise isolation and amplification and low-pass Filter (LPF) methods is developed. In order to extract the spectrum signals from the external disturbance as well as regenerate the detected results dynamically, a method of synchronized isolation and amplification is used to amplify the weak signals exponentially as well as to isolate the noise of random frequency by electromagnetic induction technology, and a LPF is designed to keep the output signals stable. What’s more, an interface based on MFC single document view is programmed to display and save the scanned spectrum diagram. As a result, more than 1.5 million times of amplification, less than 9nAof current drift and a cut-off frequency of 10Hzisequipped for the system. © (2015) COPYRIGHT Society of Photo-Optical Instrumentation Engineers (SPIE).
