英文摘要We propose a semiautomatic approach to segment liver tumor from CT volume so as to reduce the tedious operations by manual drawing in the treatment planning of radiofrequency ablation. The segmentation is based on 3D level set and it only requires a few steps of user interaction. In order to eliminate the influence of imaging artifacts, we employ an anisotropic diffusion filter to enhance the image quality before performing the segmentation. We validate the accuracy of the proposed approach with clinical CT data, and our approach precisely captures the boundaries of the tumor even in low contrast regions.
