英文摘要 | This paper designs a kind of multi-axis industrial robot system for painting the boarding bridge. This automatic painting robot system adopts the structure of a mobile lifting platform carrying a wall-mounted six-joint manipulator, mainly including S/L/U/R/B/T six-joint manipulator and Y/Z two external translational axes. This research uses CAD software Solid works to create the 3D model of the robot, and then uses the finite element analysis software ANSYS to make modal analysis of the whole system structure, and gets the inherent frequency and vibration mode to analyze the corresponding dynamic characteristics. On basis of the modal analysis, this paper evaluates the mechanical properties of painting robot and provides the theoretical basis for design and optimization of the system. |
