英文摘要Abstract—In this study, oxidation resistant core-shell Cu@SiO2 nanowires were synthesized via a sol–gel method. The obtained CuNWs@SiO2 have a length around 20 μm and a diameter around 100 nm. Compared with the bare copper nanowires, the nanowires coated with SiO2 layer exhibited excellent oxidation resistance and thermal stability in air atmosphere. Polymeric nanocomposites were fabricated by dispersing these CuNWs@SiO2 into a PVDF matrix, and their dielectric performance was investigated. The dielectric constant of composite up to 149 at 1 kHz was obtained with the filler loading of 6 vol %.
