英文摘要 | Using of a resonant scanner and a fiber laser is very convenient for local quenching of some large heavy parts. This laser quenching method is simple and available, which could quench accurately on the specify sites of the parts and be provided with the characteristics of the high precision. An experimental study of laser quenching based on resonant scanner for 41Cr4 steel and C45E4 steel used as workpiece materials respectively through putting up experimental platform of laser quenching is conducted in this study. The optimal machining parameters with the scanning speed of 16 mm/s, the focal distance of 40 mm and the overlapping rate of 40%–50% are obtained. Using these process parameters, the surface hardness is increased to 49.1% maximum for 41Cr4 steel, 66.9% maximum for C45E4 steel respectively. Results show that this laser quenching method is feasible and provided with certain practical application significance. |
