英文摘要 | Interpolation calculation is the main performance assessment indicators in CNC system. In this paper, a self-designed multi-axis jewelry lathe is used as an experiment platform and the workpiece is a kind of silver or gold ellipsoidal ball with thin wall.According to the basic requirements of the algorithm, the structural characteristics of the machine tool and the special characteristics of the shape of the workpiece , a new interpolation algorithm named spacial ellipsoid helix interpolation is proposed and studied. |
