英文摘要 | poly(L-lactide-co-glycolide)(PLGA) is a typical synthetic biodegradable polymer with excellent biocompatibility,but PLGA has weak mechanical properties and bad bioactivity. Calcium phosphate (TCP) is a bio-absorbable ceramic with excellent biodegradability, bioabsorbability and osteogenic properties. We constructed a highly porous three dimensional PLGA/TCP scaffold by low-temperature 3D printing to improve the biological performance of PLGA.
