英文摘要 | Magnesium is a kind of biodegradable metal and widely concerned for its bioactivity and anti-infection ability in biomedical fields. In present study, appropriate magnesium powder was incorporated into the mixed solution of poly lactide-co-glycolic acid (PLGA) and tricalcium phosphate(TCP) and fabricated Magnesium-baseporous biomaterials (PLGA/TCP/Mg composited porous scaffold) by low-temperature rapid-prototyping 3D printing technology. Furthermore, a serial tests would be performed to evaluate the biosafety of this porous biomaterials in vitro. |
