| 英文摘要 | Personalized cancer therapy is a cutting-edge area including all aspects of individualized patient management driven by the characterization of the tumor, the microenvironment and host characteristics (i.e., diagnosis, chemotherapy, targeted therapy, immunology, etc.). We report here the design of small-size (~ 10 nm) and conjugation-ready quantum dot nanoprobes, and the development of click-functionalized quantum dots coated with a new class of multifunctional multidentate polymer ligands, providing a biological interface necessary for the labeling and imaging of living-organisms (e.g. virus), These nanoprobes represent an attractive tool for investigating viral infection routes and characterizing the dynamic interactions between viruses and target cells. Moreover, we also report high-performance and biocompatible drug/gene delivery systems for targeted cancer therapy and engineered cancer vaccine based upon cationic liposomes and self-assembled cationic polypeptide micelles. |
