英文摘要Poly (d,l-lacticacid) microfibers with tunable nanoporous structure in the superficial layer were fabricated by electrospinning. The density and size of nanopores were controlled by the components of electrospun solvent, which were attributed to the competition between phasese parathion and solvent evaporation. The nanotopography influenced the mechanical strength, hydrophobicity, and degradation rate of the microfibers. Moreimportantly, it increased the cumulative drug release. The rifampicin loading efficiency was mainly dependent on the drug loading method. This study provided a novel technique to modulate the drug release profiles of PDLLA microfibers by the surface nanotopography.
