英文摘要 | Pharmaceuticals indrinkingwatersources(DWSs)haveraisedsignificant concernsfortheirpersistent inputandpotentialhumanhealthrisks.Currently,littleisknownabouttheoccurrenceofpharmaceu- ticals inDWSsinChina.Inthisstudy,asurveyformulti-classpharmaceuticalsinDWSsof five majorriver watershedsinChinawasconductedfrom2012to2013.Sampleswerecollectedfrom25samplingsitesin riversandreservoirs.135pharmaceuticalswereanalyzedusingsolid-phaseextractionandultra-per- formance liquidchromatographytandemmassspectrometry.Theresultsshowedthatatotalof70 pharmaceuticals werepresentinthesamples,andthemostfrequentlydetectedonesincludedsulfo- namides, macrolides,antiepilepticdrugs,anti-inflammatory drugs,and β-blockers, etc.Amongstthese, maximum concentrationsoflincomycin,sulfamethoxazole,acetaminophenandparaxanthinewerebe- tween 44ng/Land134ng/L,andthoseofmetoprolol,diphenhydramine,venlafaxine,nalidixicacidand androstenedionewerelessthan1ng/L.Concentrationsofthetwothatweremostpersistent,DEETand carbamazepine, were0.8–10.2ng/Land0.01–3.5 ng/L,respectively.Higherconcentrationsofcotinine wereobservedinwarmseasonthanincoldseason,whileconcentrationsoflincomycinweretheop- posite. Inacausalityanalysis,theoccurrenceofpharmaceuticalsinDWSsdependsmainlyonthede- tection limitsofthemethods,theirusageandthepersistenceintheaquaticenvironment. |
