QDs-virus bioconjugate as potential gene-drug co-delivery system for synergistic tumor therapy

英文摘要The combination of chemotherapeutic agents with gene therapy offers a great chance for cancer treatment. In this work, quantum dots-viruses conjugated by click chemistry were developed. The click chemistry remained the infectivity of virus carrying CFP reporter gene and the CFP expressed successfully. Meanwhile, the cell uptake efficiency of drugs encapsulated in micelles increased and the QDs in micelle made the system traceable. This system provided great potential in delivering chemotherapeutic drugs and genes simultaneously for cancer therapy.
