英文摘要 | We designed and prepared a new set of mulitdentate Ligands bearing catechol group and IR 820-dye to produce hydrophilic NIR-emitting compact iron oxide nanoparticles. As-prepared paramagnetic nanoparticles have compact hydrodynamic size and good biocompatibility, with colloidal stability over a broad pH range from 4 to 10 and high-density ions (2 M NaCl). In addition, asprepared hydrophilic NPs showed enhanced NIR-fluorescence, good T2 signal with large r2 relaxivity value (138.7 mM−1 s−1) and efficiently photothermal efficiency, which are tremendous potential candidates for multimodal imagingguided photo thermal therapy in vivo. |
