Poly(Thymine)-Templated Fluorescent Copper Nanoparticles for ATP Detection

| 英文摘要 | In this manuscript, we reported the using of poly T-templated copper nanoparticles for Adenosine triphosphate (ATP) detection. In this assay, poly thymine of 25mer could template the formation of high fluorescent copper nanoparticles. In the presence of ATP, fluorescence of CuNPs can decrease and quenched by the high specific interactions between ATP and poly thymine, make the fluorescence from the state “ON” to the “OFF”. Our approach is facile, convenient and low-cost, combined with high selectivity and sensitivity compared with previous methods. |
