英文摘要 | Bioorthogonal chemistry, a biocompatible chemical reaction that can occur in the presence of other rich chemical functionalities found in biological systems without interacting or interfering with native biochemical processes, allows a wide range of bioactive molecules to be specifically labeled in living organisms. We studied multifunctional and nanostructured composite materials, combined new generation click chemistry with nanomaterials to develop bioorthogonal nanoprobes for bioactive molecules or organisms (eg. antibody, virus, etc) labelling. We also explored the potential application of bioorthogonal nanoprobes for monitored the vial infection, antiviral drug evaluation and traceable drug delivery. |
