Dextran Based Calcium Phosphate Nanoparticles for Dual-modal Imaging Guided Photothermal Therapy

| 英文摘要 | Photothermal therapy (PTT) is an appealing strategy for tumor treatment. To achieve high therapy efficiency, the location of tumor must be precisely identified before therapy. Dual-modal imaging guided photothermal therapy (PTT) is utlized as an effective treatment for tumor owing to its accurate imaging to tumor sites. Herein, we fabricated a dextran coated ICG/Gd3+ dual-doped calcium phosphate nanoparticle system. The obtained nanoparticles with an average diameter around 150 nm exhibit high ICG encapsulation efficiency (DLC: 10.9%) and good stability. Furthermore, it was proved that the obtained nanoparticles could serve as a contrast agent to NIR imaging and enhance MRI in vitro. In addition, the in vitro therapeutic examinations showed that this system was an effective agent for photothermal therapy of cancer. |
