英文摘要We designed and prepared a new set of mulitdentate Ligands bearing catechol group and IR 820-dye to produce hydrophilic NIR-emitting compact iron oxide nanoparticles. As-prepared paramagnetic nanoparticles have compact hydrodynamic size and good biocompatibility, with colloidal stability over a broad pH range from 4 to 10 and high density ions (2M NaCl). In addition, as-prepared hydrophilic NPs showed enhanced NIR-fluorescence, good T2 signal with large r2 relaxivity value (138.7mM-1S-1) and efficiently photothermal efficiency, which are tremendous potential candidates for multimodal imaging-guided photo thermal therapy in vivo.
