Quite a significant alteration has occurred in human habitat in the last quarter Of twentieth century in respect of rapidity and intensity in development of industry. Development economy and improvement environment have been rendered essential to accommodate this vast multitudinous change. In fact it requires far better and sophisticated industrial innovation technology and industrial management skill besides the vision and human ingenuity. This paper makes an elaborate analysis of the concepts, key essentials and strategies of eco-industry development. Sensitivity analysis shows that developing of eco-products, cultivating of eco-products market, eco-enterprises, and establishment operational system of eco-industry is the key to develop smoothly eco-industry and improvement harmony between economic development and ecosystem protection
