英文摘要We report a specific light-up fluorescent probe for i-motif DNA for the first time. Compared with the previously reported probes, neutral red could selectively interact with an i-motif and show a significant increase in its fluorescence. This feature makes it advantageous for designing label-free fluorescent sensing systems.
