目的:编制自我损耗源量表(EDS-S)并检验其效度和信度。方法:结合文献分析与208名研究生的开放式问卷调查,构建了EDS-S的理论维度,并在此基础上编制初始问卷。选取北京市某高校801名研究生,随机分为两部分,一部分(n=400)用于条目分析与探索性因子分析,另一部分(n=401)用于验证性因子分析与内部一致性检验;以自我调节疲劳量表(SRF-S)为效标检验效标效度;2周后随机选取其中406名被试进行重测以检验重测信度。结果:量表包含48个条目,分为想法抑制、冲动控制、情绪控制、高难度任务、强制性任务、决策、社交困扰、自我呈现、拖延、未完成目标、习惯改变等11个因子,共解释68.45%的方差变异;验证性因子分析结果表明模型拟合良好(χ~2=2517.39,df=1072,χ~2/ df=2.35,RMSEA=0.05,NFI=0.97,NNFI=0.98,CFI=0.98,IFI=0.98,GFI=0.83,SRMR=0.05);量表总分及各因子得分均与SRF-S得分呈正相关(r=0.15~0.48,均P<0.001)。总量表的Cronbachα系数为0.94,各因子的Cronbach α系数在0.65~0.91之间;总量表的重测信度为0.66,各因子的重测信度为0.41~0.66。结论:本研究编制的自我损耗源量表符合心理测量学要求,可用于我国研究生群体自我损耗源的评估。

Objective: To develop the Ego Depletion Source Scale (EDS-S) and test its validity and reliability. Methods: Based on literature analysis and open questionnaire survey in 208 postgraduate students,this study defined the construct of EDS-S,and compiled the preliminary questionnaire. A sample of 801 postgraduates coming from a university in Beijing was investigated with preliminary questionnaire,400 of them were assessed for exploratory factor analysis and 401 of them were assessed for confirmatory factor analysis. The criterion validity was tested with the Self-Regulatory Fatigue Scale (SRF-S). Totally 406 students were retested for test-retest reliability with 2 week interval. Results: The EDS-S was composed of 48 items in 11 factors,which were thought suppression, impulse control,emotional control,challenging task,compulsive task,decision making,social distress,self-presentation, procrastination, unfulfilled goals and habits changing. The 11 factors explained 68.45% of the variances. Furthermore,the result of CFA indicated that the model fitted the data with well construct validity (χ~2 = 2517.39,df = 1072,χ~2 /df = 2.35,RMSEA = 0.05,NFI = 0.97,NNFI = 0.98,CFI = 0.98,IFI = 0.98,GFI = 0.83, SRMR = 0.05) and its factors scores were positively correlated with the SFR-S scores (r = 0.15 - 0.48,Ps < 0.001). The Cronbach α coefficients were 0.94 for the total questionnaire and 0.65 - 0.91 for the 11 factors. The test-retest reliability were 0.66 for the total questionnaire and 0.41 - 0.66 for the 11 factors. Conclusion: It suggests that the Ego Depletion Source Scale (EDS-S) is reliable and valid enough to be applicable to measure the depletion risk of postgraduates.
